The Plan until Thanksgiving!

Since I'm not doing the show anymore its 1 of 2 things that can happen for me.

I can do no carb til the end of the month, but do what I want Sat and sundays.

Or I can do Carb Cycling (like I did during the summer) until DEC.

The original plan was to stop and start the new diet when I was given my new plan on NOV 16th.

But why start a Gaining plan in the middle of the month right before THANKSGIVING!!!!!

So I'd figure i'll just keep doing No carb until the end of the month.
(which Mentally will ease my mind for the destruction that will be known as Thanksgiving feasting!!!)

So I can either do No Carb and eat what I want weekends (cheat days instead of meals (which are actually still somewhat healthy for me (except them Pies, I've been murdering)

Or I can do my 3-2-1-0-0 carb cycling.

I'm leaning towards No carb, but I also Started running again (want to start getting into 5ks 10ks half marathons). Which doing the Carb Cycling would be better for.
I also wouldn't cheat Sat and SuN if I did carb cycling. matter of fact i would just have the one "Cheat Meal" Sat, and let that be that.

Hmmm Decisions.

My Birthday & Halloween Eating Blow out!!!!

OMG i dont even know where to begin on the things I ate.

*The foods outside of my diet*
Sat 10/24 it was just one bowl of Cereal, and wings, steak and a Pie (Apple)

Sun 10/25 4 bowls of Cereal, Pie (Cherry) Red Robyn Monster burger 2 patties, and 2 orders of Fries!

Sat 10/31 1 Bowl of Cereal Omelet, 2 Pies (cherry and Apple), 2 cookies (oatmeal raisin), Noodles and company Wheat Linguine and Chicken!, half a rotissere chicken,
PB and J sandwhich, Chicken burger Sandwich

omg lol What Diet?

and Tuesday 11/3 I'll be eating something else, (my Friend is going to celebrate my bday for me) why tuesday? you ask....
I'm off she is off. and my body is craving.

I think the only reason i ate so much on those 3 days mentioned is because my body was craving. for the past 7 months I have put my body through hell with this Diet.

so for now and I'll be eating what I want Sat and Sun and mon-Fri doing no carb. (after 11/3) til about thanksgiving.

End of Week 12! I"M DONE!!!!! sort of





Well this is where the Train lets off!!!!

Im still doing no carb mon-fri, but sat and sun im kinda just eating what I want.

jUst waiting for my trainer to finish his 2 shows. then i'll be reversering this blog to show my progress of getting bigger!!!

so no more pic updates (except my end of the diet collage coming soon!)

Still going to do it faithfully til my birthday which was the original goal,

but I have pretty much hit all my goals, and now im just waiting to get bigger and stronger again

End of Week 10! getting there





Skin is tightening up, looking better, but now that I increased food and fats again, i wont be losing more weight, but my body should still change.

Had a Bannana Nut muffin for my cheat meal!!!! best muffin Ive ever had in my life!!!!!!!!

and Soy Cheese pizza, was great burnt my mouth and its tuesday and still sore.

Week 9! Goals Attained





I'm sitting at 162 (i'll probably be a little heavier next week since i'm not 100% dieting anymore, I went up on my fats and proteins, so i'll probably sit at 165 for the remainer)

I'm under 8% body fat (which is good)

So yes im happy with my dieting..

now all that needs to happen is 3/4 more weeks when I can stop!

since there is no more show, i dont have to wait 7 weeks, just wait for B to finish up his shows (or the week before) and start to eat regulary again

The Decision

Im halfway though my diet (possibly more) and my decision whether IM going to do the show or not just kinda came to me like a epiphany. Right now my decision is....


im not going to do it. (my mind changes every week but I think this is it lol)

This would of been a good thing to signify like hey I lost weight, look at me, but why should I do that, I feel great that I saw abs, and I have them and on top of that, when its time for me to bulk up, I'll be in a lot better shape, I don't have to worry about getting big like I was for awhile, now. (I mean fat)
Like I don't know I just had a straight epiphany about me not wanting to do it.

This isn't something I have the passion or desire to do. I never really did, I think my original reason for wanting to do it was the thrill or spirit of competition that I have. For some reason this just isn't it. Its not the Diet or the training that I do, because im still dieting until the end of the month and I train everyday anyway.

My ultimate goal isn't to be representing brands, or being on muscle mags, im not looking to be recognized,
although it would be nice to have that Jared from Subway story, maybe get a little money, but this certainly isn't the way to do it if I want it. (which I honestly did his diet when i was younger and lost 30lbs)

I want the people that care about (family friends)
Maybe some random people to recognize that I put in extremely hard work to change myself and my lifestyle,
and if i can do it anyone can do it, give hope to everyone obese or want to lose that little bit of weight that life can change for them.

(Ha it sounds like I should do the show the way im talking. )

But in retrospect its not like all the people I want to see my change will be there you know. and that was my fuel to even work out and look better.

This for my Mom and dad who fattened me up in the first place lol, to show them my change,.
(which they see everyday)

This was for my brother who use to call me fat boy, but still loved me, now admires me.

This was for Mack and Spiro (yes throwback) who I always looked up to when I was a kid because i wanted to be skinny and in shape like them, plus they always accepted fat tony and defended me and stood by me no matter what.

This was for all the jokes I got when I was younger (which I positively spun around)

This wasn't for any ladies (surprisingly) but its nice to look better.

This was for the rest of my family who never cared that I was big, but i want to show them i changed.

This was also for the people who encouraged me, maybe hated the way i was doing the diet or had to be put on hold because of it, but understood completely and still cheered me on.

and outta like the 15 people mentioned only maybe 4 of them will be at that show...

Maybe i should do it maybe I shouldn't, but fact of the matter is I didnt do it for recognition among people I could care less about. or judges

Hell i take my own pictures now, i dont need a professional taking pictures of me and like 6 other people from like 30 feet away.

Thats why Im still going to diet at least until the beginning of November (5 more weeks) and if I feel like I still want to do it, and I come across the extra money then so be it,(money is another big issue because it would cost me close to 200-300 bucks) but if not then screw it i know its not my goal,
lol my goal is to walk in Walmart with no shirt on. until someone tells me to put one on lmao (i swear on everything im going to do it)
My goal was to get ABs, lol got them
My goal was to lose body fat so when I want to get bigger, it won't be sloppy.

One of my goals is to do marathons (or more like 5ks and 10k's then work myself up) now thats something I always wanted to do and I'll put my heart into.

But body building wasnt one of them, I have the body I want and that was my goal, there is still some areas I need to approve on but I got my whole life to do it..

If its in the future for me to do it, like next year or something then I'll be ready!

The Pain is starting to set in

Now being on Week 8 of the no carb diet, Im starting to feel it, the cheat means don't carry me through the whole week anymore, they carry me til about Tuesday, Wednesday if I'm lucky.
By Thursday and Friday I'm completely done, It pains me to just move.
I feel like whatever energy, ki, blood, aura, whatever it is that keeps me afloat is gone.

Thank God I have the type of job where I'm sitting down and not doing alot of moving. (or that could be the bad thing?)

I have 8 more weeks til that show, (if I do it, which I may not)

But Like I have said in other post, I will continue to do this diet, at the very least until my birthday week (October 26th) But I will more than likely continue up until the day I am suppose to compete (November 20th) which is an extra 4 weeks on top of it, (which would still be 12 weeks of no carbing, which is normal for most competitors)

I dont mind dieting until then because I have a great excuse to just abuse Thanksgiving. although i thnk regardless for about 4 days im eating what I want when i want anyway. then going back to clean eating. I'll keep yall posted.

End of Week 7




slowly slowly starting to see the difference.

But im also starting to feel the strain from doing no carbs.

Abs are starting to show without flexing, muscles are getting tired, and that extra fat is starting to go away.

It will probably take a little more. Well signing out.

End of Week 6! PUMPED




I'm losing the weight im suppose to..
Got compliment by not only my Trainer, but the expert trainer.

im still debating doing the show or not..

not because i dont want to, but because It will be a lot of money
60 bucks here
75 bucks there
im going through money woes as is..
the last thing i need is to Spend even more for 1 day!

especially since ive been doing extremely well saving.

but its also 2 months away so maybe if i just count my pennies and put a little to the side..

We'll see I just love the fact im losing weight and getting tone period.

So with or without the show im a Winner!!!

A new Confidence

So I was buggin out last week, but over the weekend I did some evaluating of this whole situation. Also did some posing with my Trainer now that my diet and cardio has changed as well I know i'll make the weight that I need to be for the competition (at least Hope I do).

The posing is what really brought my spirits high, I looked alot better than I thought I would when I was fully flexed. My muscles are developing and the fat is going away nicely, the biggest thing is the extra skin and fat from when I was bigger.
My Trainer also gave me a compliment, which are as rare as the solar eclipse, so that had me a little happy.

On top of that I had my cheat meal and It was finally something that I wanted!
PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY SANDWHICH, SUNCHIPS AND SALSA (new flavor of sunchips also chipotle style pretty decent not as good as Garden Salsa).
Those were the 2 most important. I also had Chicken Salad which was calling my name since my dad made it 2 days before. and 5 oz steak with steak sauce.
Doesn't seem like much of a CHEAT meal, considering all that stuff was fairly healthy (even the sugar free strawberry jam, and natrual peanut butter on Ezikel Break **bread with no flour**)
But I only Gained 3lbs, (where I usually gain like 5/6) and after the first day dropped 2lbs already.

So I'm ecstatic and confident now.
Well there is still 8 weeks left til I know If I can compete.
Now i'm Praying to be able to compete! I wanna get a good place!!!!!!

About to break

This was actually written Friday when I was going insane, my follow up blog should clarify how I feel now.

As week 4 of no carb diet comes to a close, the stress is getting to me. I'm only about 8 or 10lbs down from the start of that day Aug 3rd.
Granite the food and the Cardio fuckin suck. I think the worst thing is the mind fuck the Weight Scale puts on you. In my ear I have my trainer telling me I should have lost more weight than I have this month. Which I can't see how considering I've been dieting for 4 whole months now. I mean how much was I really suppobe to lose when Ive lost close to 25lbs before august. Now i'm at a total of about 35lbs lost since summer, alot of fat loss and I can see abs.
There not poppin out or anything like I want them to, but they are noticable, which essentially I wanted in the beginning.
I'm happy with my resulsts so far. I know it can be better but it would be nice to just pick up a handful of animal crackers again or have a chipotle burrito, not even the burrito really just the salad dressing sauce or some chick-fil-a sauce. I haven't had those things in forever, not even in my Carb cycling days.
To be honest I'd love to just go back to carb cycling. Which I will probably after this no carb is over so I don't gain back to much weight.
I'm goign to stick with it until my B-day (which I originally planned anyway). Which also still in hindsight leaves me with 2 months left of dieting, but hell by that time I'll know if I'm going to be able to compete or not, saying that to myself, I feel better about it. I promised myself to be in this til my Birthday and thats what I'm going to do!!!!
LOL its just the morning time that kill me. Weight Scale & 4 eggs suck! thats when I'm most doubting myself.

I actually Gained a pound this week, but I found out it was because my Water hasn't been as much as I should.

But I felt alot better about myself after I did some Posing with my Trainer, I looked pretty good.
I gained some muscle

Stress Causes added weight!

So the thing about this diet, is the stress that comes along with it.

Eat every 3 hours no later than 3 1/2 if you can't help it.

You can only have this amount of [insert meal] but you can't have this [insert meal] at this time.

You didn't lose any weight this week then [insert problem] must be wrong. or you have to increase cardio.

There are just so many specifics to this diet.
I'm completely happy now to where I'm at, this was my target weight.


there are far many more things than just weight I need to work on. I have to keep going til my skin tightens up. Also more fat is off.. there is just alot

It really stresses me out alot to be completely honest.
I don't want to let my Trainer down, He has blessed me with the knowledge and hard work for me to have the body I have been waiting for since I was 5 (and knew about super heros and such).
He has taken out time, effort, money, and my blood (lol) for me to get the way I am now. I have about 13 more weeks until I know If I'm able to do that show or not.
I don't want to let him down, and more importantly myself down.

But with all this Stress my body holds on to water weight.

So I have to learn to let it go and let nature be.

Things are either meant to be or their not.
but i'm trying hard for them to be.

Had to get this topic out of me, so I can remain focused.

3 weeks are down, I'm down 7-9 lbs I'm doing well, as long as I keep up the 1-3lb drop every week im good!

End of week 3





This week update you guys may not notice much difference, because idont have a great camera plus nothing really to show.
my skin has gotten tighter, (which is the main thing I need)

my traps are getting better also. finally seeing seperation in my biceps and triceps which is good.

I had stres becausee i felt like i wasn't losing the weight this week, so I retained alot of water from it.

which bloated me up. I was suppose to change my diet up because of it. but since I mad weight this week, and next week i start work so i"ll be more active, the weight should come off a little better so I'm going to stick with the diet i've been on.

Tune in next week to see how that goes.
